By using Intelligency, provided by Intelligency, you accept these terms.

The service

Intelligency is a tool for agencies and advertisers: it lets you view and manage Google Ads accounts through a web app and through AI assistants connected via MCP. Every change is proposed as a preview and applied only after an operator's explicit confirmation.

Beta and pricing

Intelligency is in public beta: during the beta the service is free and provided “as is”; it may change and may be interrupted. We will introduce paid plans with at least 30 days' notice, by email and in the web app. You will never be charged unless you choose a plan; if you don't, you can stop using Intelligency and delete your data.

Your obligations

• You use Intelligency only for Google Ads accounts you are authorized to manage. If you are an agency, you comply with Google's third-party policy and have your clients' consent.
• You comply with Google Ads advertising policies and the Google Ads Terms.
• You review every preview before confirming it. Confirmed changes, and the resulting spend, are your responsibility.
• You don't use Intelligency to give others automated access to the Google Ads API. If you need direct API access, you must get your own Google Cloud project and your own Google Ads API access.

AI assistants

AI assistants can make mistakes. Intelligency applies safeguards (Google validation, budget caps, paused creation) but does not guarantee that the assistants' proposals are correct.

Availability and limits

The service depends on the Google Ads API and its quotas. We may limit usage to protect the service and comply with Google's policies. Intelligency is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Termination

You can stop using Intelligency and delete your data at any time from Settings.
